For twenty-five years he did all of his own bookkeeping, tracked key performance indicators and achieved profitability in the top 25% of his industry. For fifteen years he has also been a volunteer Finance Officer at a non-profit organization where he uses QuickBooks. Kelley worked in a tax preparation and bookkeeping business for about 10 years before coming to work at Insight Bookkeeping LLC. Her specialty is getting clients’ books caught up. Whether updating online records or getting their paper records transferred online she is fast, efficient and accurate. Whether you already use QuickBooks Online or not, she’s ready to help you get setup for success.
Graciela (Gracie) O’Connell
Gracie has maintained and balanced personal finances for four households over the past 12 years. She has helped them become financially stable, develop healthy financial judgement, and achieve their financial goals. She has over 20 years of work experience in administrative roles and case management. This has resulted in a detail-oriented approach to looking at data and handling large caseloads. Gracie is planning to pursue a Bachelor's in accounting. She is eager to use her love of helping others to succeed and her finance experience to help you with your bookkeeping needs.
